Case Study - Finance Nest
Finance Nest is a personal financial management app built to help users track their spending, set financial goals and improve their finances.

Overview
Finance Nest is a conceptual finance app designed to help users manage their finances with clarity and confidence. It focuses on simplifying budgeting, tracking and saving while maintaining a clean and approachable experience.
As part of an academic project, I defined the product direction and designed the user experience and interface. This included shaping the overall structure, creating intuitive flows and building a visual system that feels clear and easy to use.
Research
I looked at existing finance apps to identify what wasn't working. The main pain points were information overload on the home screen and no clear sense of progress toward goals.
User personas
To better understand who I was designing for, I created two user personas based on common financial management needs and behaviors. This helped me make design decisions that actually fit the people who would use the app.

Website
The marketing website was designed to introduce the app and its core features through a clean and approachable experience. A minimal layout and focused messaging highlight key functionality while keeping navigation simple across all screen sizes.
The main challenge was showing enough information to build trust without overwhelming the user. I solved this by organizing the layout into clear sections and establishing a visual hierarchy that makes the content easy to navigate.
